Well it’s not exactly been an easy start to the year for most of us! It’s freezing, we all have no money and we are either sick with the horrible flu or so busy at work already, we can’t remember the fun of last year! ​​Beating the January blues can be a common challenge for many people after the excitement of the holiday season. However, there are several ways to lift your spirits and maintain a positive mindset as you transition into 2024. Here are my top five tips:

I would say this being a PT, but it’s true! Exercise can be a powerful tool for combating the January blues.
